That’s exactly what happened when educational booking system pioneers, Parents Booking came knocking, looking for a more targeted yet holistic approach to their business with a rapidly growing international presence.
A strategy was devised, a brand workshop unfolded, and a thoroughly reworked website followed; along with magazine and digital adverts, editorials,
e-campaigns and direct mail. Some vivid colours and bold typefaces were employed for visual impact, while the messaging was revised to be catchier and more consistent. 18 touchpoints formed during the research phase have allowed us to develop a suite of KPIs that help to guide the campaign across three geographical scales: Scotland, the UK and worldwide. But all unified with the same core messaging.
